The Holy Pimoly animated series is a straight to DVD animated series based on a candle named Pimoly (or Moe for short), and the many adventures through the church and its beliefs that he and his friends go on. Join Moe and the whole Holy Pimoly family on adventures that engage, inform, and entertain viewers of all ages through the teachings of the Orthodox Church! Moe and Molly are candles that teach us about the Sacraments of the church. They move through history and the church to give us these wonderful teachings of the work of the Holy Spirit in the church. The church is founded on seven holy sacraments, Moe and Molly have introduced to us the Sacraments of Baptism and Chrismation (Meiroon) in one 30-min DVD, and now they are introducing the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist (Communion) on a second 30-min lon DVD. There is a Bonus though! On the Communion DVD we added a 10-min long movie that explains the birth of the idea of Pimoly at the Coptic Orthodox Christian Center, and introduces the characters Moe and Molly. By the way, Moe and Molly is a play on words of the word “Pimolh” which means candle in Coptic. The age to watch: 3 – 12, but we believe everyone will learn things about the foundation of the sacraments in the bible that may not have been learned before.
